I lift weights, a launcher and weightlifting in the legs sometomes muscles.My swim.I legs are very strong, but it seems like running burnrd my legs.I have Billy and fat in my areas back.The only fat I have on the stomach and heard back.I work that muscles can burn a lot and I usually have grow.I pure muscles in the legs and not all fats. my chest, Sholder and back, arms and Billy sees bigger.I increased my weight and increased my representatives, but my legs Arent Geting longer remain the same. want my quadriceps and hamstring muscles for great my body, but Biger Geting not tell me what to do.
